The Ridge Pointe Hotel Stateline, Stateline

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were big, clean, and warm, but my room wasn't ready upon check-in. The service was great, with personable and professional staff, though at times I found them just sitting around doing nothing. The location was lovely, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The dining experience was pleasant with marinated fish. Overall, the facilities were good, but the ill-equipped sofa bed affected my comfort during the stay.
